Quick start

The farm pad map.

Early Chicken Farm is pad-based, not menu-based: you walk onto physical pads to do everything. Here is the full layout a beginner needs.

Pad What stepping on it does
Buy 1 / 5 / 25 / 100 Deducts cash and places that many chickens on your farm. Bigger pads are for wallets that can refill afterward.
Merge pad Combines up to 3 chickens into one higher-quality chicken.
Deposit Eggs Sends the eggs you collected to the Egg Shop for processing.
Brown board Not a pad — the board on the right side of the farm shows processing progress.
Collect Cash Hands you the cash from processed eggs. Feed it back into buys and merges.
Rebirth tab Where you trade a run reset for a higher cash multiplier. Details on the rebirth page.

Why merge

Why rarer chickens matter.

Approved guides say merging unlocks higher-quality chickens and that rarer chickens produce more precious eggs.

Rarer birds lay better eggs

Approved guides confirm that rarer chickens produce more precious eggs.

Merging fills your index

Hatching and merging new chicken types fills out your in-game index. Treat it as a collection goal that rides along with earnings.

Merge, then return to the loop

After a merge, the verified Buy pads remain available for Buy 1, Buy 5, Buy 25, or Buy 100. Continue with the buy → eggs → deposit → cash loop.

Lucky Blocks

Fun extras, bad first purchase.

Lucky Blocks are a real second source of chickens — with a catch that matters a lot in your first sessions.

How they work: every chicken has a chance to lay a Lucky Block, and each Lucky Block can reward one of three different chickens. Opening one can cost a small fee.

Update 7 added 2 new Lucky Block types (checked August 20, 2026). Exact tier names and drop tables are not consistently documented — check in-game.

Beginner advice: guides explicitly recommend skipping Lucky Blocks early. The fee plus a random result makes them a poor use of starter cash compared with guaranteed production chickens from the Buy pads.

When to use them: once your loop is stable and deposits keep cash flowing, Lucky Blocks become a fun way to chase index entries and bonus birds.

Merge FAQ

Merging questions, answered.

The details players ask about once the basic loop clicks.

How many chickens can I merge at once?

Up to 3 chickens at the Merge pad, combining into one higher-quality chicken.

Is there a full chicken tier list?

Not a verified one. Chicken counts and rarity details published before Update 7 may already be stale, so this site does not print a tier tree. The in-game index is the reliable reference.

Do Lucky Blocks replace buying chickens?

No. They are a random bonus source with an opening fee. The Buy pads give guaranteed chickens; Lucky Blocks add surprise ones on top once you can afford the gamble.

Should I merge or rebirth first?

Different systems: merging combines chickens into one higher-quality bird, while rebirth raises the cash multiplier and resets cash, eggs, chickens, and Processing Level. Review the exact reset rules on the rebirth page.
